Exceptional work

The Maine Criminal defense team is absolutely who you want on your side when you’re at your lowest. I was in a desperate situation and thankfully called this group up. Attorney Bly met with me on a Sunday and we hit the ground running on my case the next day. They communicated clearly, they worked wi...th me and the state to reach a very favorable outcome on my case. I cannot thank Attorney Singer more for his hard work. Don’t waste your time with anyone else, this is the team to get it done.

Do Not Worry - This Team has got your back

After being arrested for a second OUI and other serious/felony charges, I came to Bill and his team for help. He took the time to listen to what I had to say, took notes, and explained to me the seriousness of the charges I was facing and possible outcomes. However, despite how hopeless the situati...on appeared to be, he believed something could be done and, most importantly, he and his team were willing to help. The whole Maine Criminal Defense group was very attentive, meticulous, and organized in their approach. Bill is great at setting the right expectations from the start. He tells the truth and stays connected to reality. It almost reminded me of the Stockdale paradox where you trust that in the end, everything will be ok, but he makes sure that you still understand the reality of your current situation. He spoke clearly, outlined the process, proposed solutions, and was always open to suggestions from me or members of my family. I was impressed with his ability to think on his feet and come up with brilliant plans that somehow yielded results beyond my own expectations (no felony charges). The Maine Criminal Defense team was always available and prompt to answer any questions. They were always cheerful, polite, caring, and involved. They have a sense of purpose, which appears to be to ensure the best possible outcome for their clients. That's exactly what they've delivered in my case. I highly recommend the Maine Criminal Defense team to anyone who has any legal issues and/or has lost hope. You will find that this is one of the best decisions you've ever made. Attention to details!

Bill and his team took the extra time required to understand the details of my case, and more importantly, the potential ramifications of this matter on my career. They knew what questions to ask of me, and how to utilize that information to obtain a preferential ruling. Bill's understanding of the... law, my particular employment requirements and situation, and the details of the matter were second-to-none. Exceeded Expectations

Attorney Bly and his associates were there for me during every step in the legal process concerning my OUI charge. They made a lot of the stress go away and made me feel comfortable. They always told me what to expect and the possibilities that could come from every court appearance. Attorney Bly and... his colleagues represented me and handled everything professionally. They kept me very informed via their online client portal which is an effective way to correspond with each other. In the end he and his legal team, who are very well known and respected by people in the legal system, were able to get one charge dropped and a much lower fine than the state had originally offered me. I was facing a large fine and 30 days in jail and I walked out with no jail time and a small fine. This was my second time hiring Bly and his team and if I ever need his assistance again (let’s hope I don’t) I would definitely not hesitate to give him another call. I would highly recommend him to anyone in need of legal representation.

A Great Result!

Bill Bly and WTB LAW recently defended my son on charges for marijuana trafficking in one jurisdiction and a separate count of OUI in another jurisdiction. As an out-of-state parent of a new Maine resident we depended heavily on internet reviews to choose a lawyer. My son’s future was at stake! He ...needed the best lawyer. After a great deal of research, we narrowed the field down to 3 attorneys and met with each of them in their offices. Although each was highly rated by clients and peers, we chose Bill Bly for these reasons: His obvious intelligence, genuine concern and straightforward approach to determining the facts of both cases. His professional respect for and working relationships with the district attorney’s office and police department. Bill has an incredible support staff. The thorough research, attention to detail, communication at every phase, and genuine concern for their client’s well-being was apparent throughout the process. Both cases ended very favorably.
