Biography
Let my experience as both a defense attorney and prosecutor give you peace of mind.
After I graduated cum laude from Boston University School of Law, I took a position at a national firm in Boston, Goodwin Proctor, LLP. My role there was as a complex commercial litigator and it gave me the opportunity to build a defense for several of our nation's largest companies.
My career then took me to New York City where I worked as an Assistant District Attorney (ADA). After prosecuting thousands of cases, I moved back to the area where my career began. I accepted an ADA position with the District Attorney’s office in Boston, was subsequently promoted to a Supervisor ADA, and later served as a NH State Police prosecutor.
I have since opened The Newton Law Firm where I provide 5-star service to clients just like you.

Practical, approachable and gets results!
Great attorney! I hired David twice in the past year for traffic violations. Once for trial and once for clerk-magistrates hearing. At trial he is aggressive and probing in cross-examination. At clerk-magistrate’s hearing he is practical and persuasive. You can’t ask for better representation.
