Professional and hard working
We contacted Christopher Strang office after battling a construction legal issue for the past 2 years with few other attorneys. Both my husband and I had a fear of lawyers, legal issues and the overall experience. However, we were in very good hands with Christopher Strang. He is very determine, very kind, detail oriented, very professional and extremely hard working. It is easy to see that he enjoys his profession and he genially cares about people, which is hard to find. He made us aware of our options, layout the pros and cons and give us alternatives. We never felt rushed or pushed into a situation. He fought for us hard and we ending up winning the case. Not only that we recommend him as an attorney but we honestly have a lot of respect for him. Now, he is our permanent attorney and we are so happy to have meet him.

Helpful & efficient
Mr. Strang was recommended to me as someone who could help me with an ownership dispute in a company I helped to found, and after meeting with him at his office, I was convinced that he was both knowledgeable in the areas I cared about and understood my priorities in resolving the case. He recommended several actions for the case that were very helpful in getting to a resolution in a timely and satisfactory way. Considering that I had no experience in legal matters, he was helpful in explaining potential difficulties in going to trial vs. trying to settle directly. Mr. Strang was also quick to respond to any questions that I had about either specific things (e.g. timelines) or strategy (e.g. what are good next steps?). I appreciated his responses and found his assessments to be correct at every turn. Overall I felt that I was able to trust his work to the point where I was able to spend less time on the issue at hand than I otherwise might have.

Reliable and smart
I hired Chris to create a business contract for me and he did a very thorough and detailed job. I am very 'green' when it comes to navigating these sorts of documents and Chris covered all aspects of my job in a way that could easily be understood by myself and my clients. He was also available to answer any follow-up questions I had.

Never lost
Chris has never lost a case for my company. Over a period of 10 years, spanning back to his old employer, he has won or successfully negotiated full or close to full payment on every claim I have brought to him. He has taken down some of the biggest entities in MA including Bacon/Agonstini Construction, UMass Lowell, the AG's office and a slew of others on my behalf. Not only does he make his opponents sounds ridiculous in court he offers sound advice during disputes so we have the best chance to win if/when disagreements turn into litigation.

One of the best attorneys I've ever met
I consulted Chris on a criminal matter this May - at all times he was a consummate professional, and treated me as if I was his only client. As it happened the case was dismissed at a Clerk's Magistrate's hearing, without charges ever being filed - in no small part due to the expert advice I received. Outstanding Legal Services

Chris Strang
I have used Chris on a couple of occasions with good success. He was very pragmatic and always fair. He would listen to my suggestions and work out a strategy that was both practical and beneficial to moving the issue forward. I never once felt Chris was doing anything but trying to resolve my case as quickly and fairly as possible.

  • Kapiloff's et.al. prevailed. The court found that awarding authorities do indeed have duties to verify payment bonds.
  • D.D.S. Industries, Inc. v. C.T.S., Inc
