I contacted Mr. Delsignore looking for advice concerning alcohol possession by a minor. Mr. Delsignore was extremely well informed of the process. He answered my emails with a phone call. He assured me that we could represent ourselves in this situation without hiring him as legal council but assu...red us that if he was needed during our court appearance he would make himself available free of charge and if we than had to return to court he would charge us a fair rate. He answered many email questions and returned many phone calls over a 3week period without compensation. He sought us out in court to explain the proceedings and made sure he was accessible to my son if he was needed during the hearing. He was patient and empathetic. My child was charged with possession of alcohol by a minor while attending a concert at the Comcast Center. We are from out of state and had no legal experience. I contacted 3 lawyers for advice.
