Attorney Peter M. Merrigan is a partner at Sweeney Merrigan Law, LLP. A native of Western Massachusetts, Peter practices alongside his brother, J. Tucker Merrigan, and father, Thomas T. Merrigan.
Attorney Merrigan focuses 100% of his practice on litigation, including Motor Vehicle Accidents, Personal Injury, Maritime accidents, Wrongful Death, Defective Products, Slip or Trip and Fall incidents, Insurance Disputes, and General Liability accidents. He has helped his clients recover millions of dollars on behalf of his clients through his exceptional negotiation and trial schools. Indeed, The National Trial Lawyers recognized Peter as a Top 40 under 40 Trial Attorney for three consecutive years, from 2015-2018.
