The Law Offices of Russell J Matson, PC is dedicated to criminal and drunk driving defense.
He has been defending criminal and drunk driving cases for 20 years and wrote a book on winning at a Clerk Magistrate's Hearing.
He has won more than 2/3s of the OUI cases he has taken to trial. We offer our clients representation at Registry Hearings to help them get a Hardship License, at no extra cost.

Wish I never Hired Russell Matson!
Poor Representation (to say the least) So I hired Russel Matson several years back to represent me on a DUI charge. Turns out after the fact I find out that he does business with and befriends cops at the time and possibly currently still does as well. He trains cops on DUI testing procedures...

RUSS IS BY FAR WORTH HIS FEE. HIS KNOWLEDGE GOES ABOVE AND BEYOND ANY OTHER ATTORNEY THAT I TALKED TO BEFORE I HIRED HIM.
