I hired Atty. Melvin Heard. Melvin represented me at the Uxbridge district court. When he got up to the podium to represent me here, his name spoke for himself in the repor he has with this Court. I was found Not Responsible on both charges after getting a small lecture from the Clerk Magistrate. ...I just kept my cool and let Melvin do his job. This Court knew I had another case pending in Brockton and I still made off fairly well, considering I am CDL driver . In Brockton, it wasn't so easy with the CM there, but he was able to negotiate with the state police and CM for me to take an online driving class and I would be found NR for that too. One thing I will add is try to consult with him prior to getting to discuss and wait to be called from the Pew, as attorneys cases are called before everyone else's.
