If you don't want to read this entire review and all the details of my situation, I will start with the conclusion: If I ever receive another moving violation, Melvin will be my first and only call. If you do, here you go: I received a traffic ticket alleging 75 in a 45. I contacted Melvin regar...ding representation. Overall he was excellent in helping me navigate the process, was kind and considerate. The process involved first a clerk's hearing, where we were ruled against, and then a judges appeal. At the judges appeal, Melvin's expertise made the difference. The preparation he provided me with prior to the Judges Appeal allowed me to effectively testify and turned what would otherwise have been a stressful situation into one that was relatively straight forward. His questioning of the ticketing officer revealed inconsistencies in the officers testimony. In the end, the Judge ruled in my favor. I have no doubt that without Melvin there is little to no chance I would have effectively represented myself. Just to make anyone reading this review aware, if there is one potential nitpick to Melvin, it is that his skill set makes demand for his time very high, and because he genuinely wants to help everyone he can there are times that he be a little difficult to get a hold of. Do not be off put by it. At every point that really mattered, especially at the Judges Appeal he came through, which is why I titled this review 'clutch'. So I'll end with this, again, If I ever receive another moving violation, Melvin will be my first and only call.
