One of the longest-serving member of the Firearms License Review Board; appointed by Governor Romney in January, 2005, and served through May, 2012.
Received the Pro Bono Publico Award from the Rhode Island Bar Association Volunteer Lawyers Program, 2004, and its Certificate of Appreciation in 2009.

Abusive Attorney Lists Fake Phone Number
This jerk has no life obviously as he harasses Avvo uses thousands of miles away from his jurisdiction on Avvo and removes their posts making unwarranted accusations over nothing without cause. He isn’t even showing up in the Bar when I search. May be a fraud in more ways than one .

That the poster claims I "remove their posts" is further evidence of their ignorance, if not mendacity - no attorney on Avvo has that authority. His assertion that I am not " even showing up in the Bar when I search" is testament to his deficient internet abilities.

That suggests your protracted message was unclear, or required analysis. 2. My office is not a free legal clinic. If you needed two paragraphs just to frame your issue(s), you needed a consultation. That requires scheduling one, and paying the fee.

Extremely rude
Extremely rude. I called to discuss a case and potentially hire this attorney . I simply got no direction or answers. Every response was very rude and arrogant.

Sounds like the usual person expecting to receive free legal services from a total stranger, in the utter absence of any relationship or documentation. I get callers of this ilk weekly.

This IS a public forum. It is a source for general guidance, if, as, and when, actual facts are provided regarding the issue in question. You provided none. Further, it is not our obligation to contact you; it is YOURS to contact a specific attorney if you expect specific answers to specific issues. Your problem stems from not grasping those basic facts.

What Genuinely Nice Guy.
Mr. Langer took the time to answer some difficult questions even though he knew I couldn't hire him because he is out of state. Nice to see nowadays. I sure wish he was here so I could hire him. This is the guy you want! Thanks!
