Alicia Chanpagne - Totally unprofessional and unethical
She made me pay for builder/seller piece of taxes at the time of closing and when I found that out she hung up the phone on me and never returns my calls. She is arrogant and unprofessional., I will recommend zip reality to stop refering her to there customers

Avoid if you need someone reliable
She copped out when things went wrong. "There's nothing I can do, you signed the paper..." The answer was simple too -- title insurance covered my problems. You'd think a good lawyer would know that. Perhaps she too used to copping out that she didn't even think of it.
