That meant the sale of our current home needed to close quickly and smoothly, and then work out a Use & Occupancy so we could stay living in the house, while the new condo could be gut renovated. All during COVID. UGH! The stress level was thru the roof! A family member recommended Alicia as our attorney. And Thank God.
