I just closed on my first home and Alicia made the process very straight forward for me. Whenever I had a question, she was available to answer it and she always took the time explain why she needed certain pieces of information from me, rather than just asking for it. She did a great job on the P&...S and the closing went smoothly. I will definitely go through Alicia for all of my future needs and highly recommender her to anyone looking for a great attorney.

Champagne and Marchand PC did an amazing job assisting my fiancee and I on the closing of our first house. What we expected to be a smooth process unfortunately was not the case and what Alicia and Kim were able to accomplish beyond excceded our expectations. We had issues with the sellers signing th...e P&S and our closing was also drawn out by the sellers going through a nasty divorce and not agreeing on anything, damage to our new potential property, legal issues that had nothing to do with the closing upon many more. Alicia and Kim were able to get the job done and compensate us with what we deserved. The Massachusetts real estate process is completely different than any other state we've lived in. Having a capable Real Estate Attorney is key to making the purchase as easy as possible. Ms. Champagne was recommended to us by our Realtor. She explained the purchasing process to us and ensured we ...understood how it would all progress. We did not have an easy path as our first house fell through. She looked out for our interests. She ensured we were not trapped into a bad purchase and worked to get the contract cancelled and our money back promptly. While our second house purchase progressed quickly, there were issues regarding a Power of Attorney. She patiently helped us work through the necessary forms and documents required for the situation. She and her team were flexible enough to help us move up the closing date so we could finally get into a house. Her competency is something to be relied upon. We will be working with her again when we go to sell this house in a few years.

I can not say enough great things about Champagne & Marchand, P.C. I was in the process of selling and purchasing a home at the same time that I never want to do again unless I have Champagne & Marchand as my representation. Alicia & Kimberly were excellent to deal with. They took the work out of sel...ling and buying a home especially when dealing with difficult sellers and their diffcult representation. For the sale of our condo there was an small issue with the title filing from another company filing when we purchased the condo but Kimberly contacted multiple people to get it resolved and kept me in the loop every step of the way in order to close on our original closing date. With all the work that they did it saved me money byt not having to get someone else involved to clear the title. Kimberly and Alicia worked overtime to get this done. As far as the purchase of our house, it was a nightmare dealing with miscommunication between the parties (not on our lawyers side) but Alicia really stepped up to the plate and fought on our behalf when the sellers and their representation tried numerous times to violate our contract. Without Alicla and Kimberly working behind the scenes and having to deal with the sellers representation I don't think that we would have be able to purchase our home. I can understand from a lawyer's point of view that they do not always come up against the most qualified attroney's or realtors on the opposite side of the transaction. They were able to help me navigate difficult people and still get me to closing. Many home buyers don't understand the risk of the deposits and the need or requirement for advocacy in requesting extensions. With their help I'm in a home that was worth fighting for. We contracted Alicia and her firm to assist with a complicated home sale. Our situation included separated sellers, short sale and buyers that needed a fast closing and all of this during the height of holiday season. Alicia and her team met with us, explained the process and walked us through what w...e could expect. We put the house on the market right after Thanksgiving and we immediately went under agreement but the buyers were living in a hotel since the sale of their previous home. They required a quick close and wanted close the day after Christmas. Alicia negotiated the P&S, kept everyone on task to ensure a smooth, yet fast process and worked seamlessly with the real estate agents, buyers attorney and us on final numbers, closing document preparation all a few days before Christmas to make sure we had nothing to worry about and we could still enjoy the holiday.
