Champagne and Marchand PC did an amazing job assisting my fiancee and I on the closing of our first house. What we expected to be a smooth process unfortunately was not the case and what Alicia and Kim were able to accomplish beyond excceded our expectations. We had issues with the sellers signing th...e P&S and our closing was also drawn out by the sellers going through a nasty divorce and not agreeing on anything, damage to our new potential property, legal issues that had nothing to do with the closing upon many more.
