Champagne and Marchand PC did an amazing job assisting my fiancee and I on the closing of our first house. What we expected to be a smooth process unfortunately was not the case and what Alicia and Kim were able to accomplish beyond excceded our expectations. We had issues with the sellers signing th...e P&S and our closing was also drawn out by the sellers going through a nasty divorce and not agreeing on anything, damage to our new potential property, legal issues that had nothing to do with the closing upon many more. We did not have an easy path as our first house fell through. She looked out for our interests. She ensured we were not trapped into a bad purchase and worked to get the contract cancelled and our money back promptly. While our second house purchase progressed quickly, there were issues regarding a Power of Attorney. She patiently helped us work through the necessary forms and documents required for the situation. She and her team were flexible enough to help us move up the closing date so we could finally get into a house. Her competency is something to be relied upon.
