Why did you decide to be a lawyer?
Iinitially decided to become a lawyer because I was always fascinatedwith the simplistic genius of the Constitution. Then I realized thekind of difference attorneys have in people's lives.
What work experience and education helps you be a better lawyer?
Iwas raised by a single mother. I learned about compassion and kindnessthrough what others showed my mother and I. Karma is a funny 's now my turn to give.
Why did you decide on your primary area of practice?
Inthese trying times with the fluctuation of the market and theuncertainty of the laws, I want to help individuals understand theirlegal troubles, explaining the process to them step-by-step.
What do you like best about your career?
Ilike the flexibility of my schedule, and also enjoy that every day isdifferent. I like the unexpected; it keeps me sharp and on my toes.

What are your strengths and style?Iam a solo practitioner. I may work with other attorneys who specializein particular areas of law as needed. We work very closely andefficiently together in order to get the best result for the client.
Mystrengths are organization and communication. A client will alwaysreceive a return phone call, even if it is just to say "I got yourmessage, and wanted to call you back."
Personal Interests:
Iam a history buff. I love the history of the United States, Civil War,anything to do with the Constitution. I also am a technology nerd, andlove to test out the latest technologies. I am a huge Sheryl Crow fanas well, and love to go to concerts.

Attorney Forghany is a kind, caring person who unfortunately has her staff handle the bulk of the work. All of the staff assigned to my case/s have NOT followed through properly and have made numerous careless mistakes which ended up having to be continually clarified. ( a waste of time and money) ...
