Lemon Law case. Followed John's instructions to return vehicle without legal representation but was ignored by the dealer. Signed fee agreement on April 4, 2017 for John to start litigation. He negotiated an offer that he recommend I take on May 25th. Then the ball was dropped. No communication for o...ver a week. Then he said he couldn't locate the other attorney. When he did find and able to communicate with the attorney the offer changed and was below the lemon law states I'm entitled to. John said he was going to file suit first week of May and never did. Too much time lapsed, offers came and went. I questioned all this and in the end he sent me a Disengagement letter.

I'm a tough client. I don't return calls; an overall poor communicator and mostly unreliable. When I needed an attorney for an employment issue I put out the call to the bigger Boston firms and also submitted inquiries to 3 or 4 area attorneys who had impressive credentials or positive reputations.... John was the first to get back to me. I failed to return his call. Without being a nag, he finally managed to get me on the phone. I was struck by John's approachable manner - he is easy to have a conversation with and understood the legal concepts at issue immediately. John is innately empathetic. He knows that there are real PEOPLE and FAMILIES counting on him to do his best. After meeting with John I knew that he was the attorney for me: smart and strategic in a manner that must be intimidating to those he goes against. He's a nice guy, but at his core he is a focused and determined attorney that WILL NOT stop plowing through opposing counsel roadblocks or systemic gauntlets until he gets a win for his client. I'm happy to be his client. If you hire him you will be too.
