Professional/ will work hard

Joe is outstanding. Helped my family for over 2 years. Fought hard, was persistent and got the job done. I would recommend Joe 10/10 times to anyone.

Great defensive attorney

Mr Hennessy is a great defense attorney , he definitely takes pride in his cases that is in front of him , never had any issues of mr Hennessy not calling or texting back with anything new on the case , as someone that dont break the law , mr Hennessy definitely brought a carm situation knowing of th...e case before him, after seeing mr Hennessy win my case ,court ,i was amazing by the action he took , very strong independent attorneys, i am so pleased that mr Hennessy was my attorney, i thank you

Gave me my life back

Joe Hennessey is a life saver. He is a smart, accomplished professional with extensive experiences as a police officer for over 23 years, and practicing criminal law. I had a second OUI case which flipped my life upside down. Joe was by my side through it all. Every hearing. Every motion. He even dro...pped me off once when I needed it. Most lawyers on the clock will delay and delay to raise their earnings. Joe reported ready every time for 9am, and outside of our trial date we were the first or second case heard every time. He truly had my best interests in mind and guided me every step of the way. In the court room he really took control. He pointed out every inaccuracy and helped me receive a NOT GUILTY! Another review references him as a wolf in sheep’s clothing. I like that- and couldn’t agree more. I’d almost describe him as a beast. Thank you Joe for saving my life and giving me a second chance.

Outstanding Service and Advice

Joe was referred to us by a friend, for a OUI case, he provided us great guidance and advice, and responded to all of our questions and concerns in a timely manner, as this is the first time we have had to engage a lawyer. He also stepped in at very short notice to represent us at a hearing with th...e RMV, when a data entry mistake by the RMV resulted in a suspended Driving License. I would highly recommend his services as he was highly responsive and provided us with the right guidance to navigate the Court system as well as the challenges with the RMV.
