On one terrible night after a night out in town a female accused me of Rape after I exposed her for soliciting prostitution to authorities. That female conjured up a horrendous story and authorities had taken their position in believing the story and I was arrested. At that time he worked for another... attorney and the team was able to get me out as soon as possible (within a day) after bail was met and quickly begin defending my innocence. At arraignment, the team motioned the court to preserve key video evidences that exposed the inconsistency of the lie. Unfortunately, the prosecution stuck with their belief in the fabricated story and decided to indict me after 6 months of investigation. Throughout this time, Neil was available whenever I needed consultation and was reviewing my case constantly as well as providing support. When the jury returned a not guilty verdict, I believe he was the main reason that allowed the jury to see the inconsistence in her story through his attention to small details and due diligence. Justice was served. I highly recommend if someone need a criminal lawyer to hire to look at Neil as he will BE THERE for you when you need him, in the darkest hours he will make sure you see the light at the end of the tunnel. Mr. Tassel was promptly able to release me from incarceration folllowing a hearing in which bail was revoked. In the coming months, all my charges were reduced to "CWAF" status upon the successful completion of my terms of probation.
