Attorney Michele J. Da Silva is a dedicated and experienced attorney focusing on criminal defense, family and immigration law. She earned her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Rutgers University/Douglass College in 2000 and her Juris Doctor from the Massachusetts School of Law. She is admitted to practice in Massachusetts and the United States District Court for the District of Massachusetts.
Prior to law school, Attorney Da Silva worked extensively in immigration law as Executive Manager and Head Paralegal at the Law Offices of Norka M. Schell, LLC in New York City. From 2000 to 2008, she assisted individuals and U.S. companies with family-based and employment-based immigration matters. Her hands-on experience with the immigrant community and passion for justice inspired her to pursue a legal career.
Following law school, she interned with Boston-based criminal defense attorney Roger Witken, gaining valuable courtroom experience. Today, she leads Da Silva Law Group with offices in Boston and Andover, advocating fiercely for her clients in immigration, criminal, and family law matters.
In her family law practice, Attorney Da Silva represents clients in both contested and uncontested divorces, as well as cases involving child custody, child support, spousal support, and prenuptial agreements. She is committed to providing compassionate guidance and strong advocacy during what is often a difficult time in her clients' lives.
