Neil is a professional and personable attorney. He helped vacate a 20 plus year case that I had on my record. I had received very little to no legal counsel when I had taken the plea deal 20 plus years ago. He reviewed everything and said he would take the case. This is after another attorney attemp...ted another approach that failed miserably. He was able to get the DA to agree to vacate the plea deal and enter a new plea which would result in a CWOF ultimately having the charges dismissed. The judge agreed and allowed the motion resulting in the 20 plus years charges to be dismissed. Neil also made sure to get the proper Pepe work from the court and also check to make sure it was being entered properly into the system. If you need an attorney Neil is your guy.
