Hello, I had applied for a change of status from visa B1 to F1, when the schoold counselor and I fulfilled the form, we made a mistake which resulted with the petition denied, I had just 2 options to leave the country or try to re-open the case, the others lawyers consulted though I didn't have any c...hance but Namita received the case she was honest and tell me the case wasn't the best but if we work together and being smart we could build a different perception in the migration officer.
