Incompetent staff Unfair treatment
I retained Daniel Corno for a misdemeanor case in effort to avoid it being placed on my record. I agreed and completed the terms of the deferred adjudication. I submitted the paperwork to Corno's office asking them to submit it and show up to court on my behalf due to medical issues. I was told it w...

Replied last December 25, 2025You hired the firm. We complied with what we were hired for. We sent a Letter of Representation, asked for Discovery and we appeared multiple times with you in Court. We reviewed the evidence with you. After reviewing the evidence with us, you decided to take a deal and made that representation to us with the Court by way of signature, through our representation. At that time our representation was over. Under terms of an agreement a Client has to do what is asked of them by the Court, by certain requirements that the Court sets in a timeline. If one does not respond timely, the Court does not have to honor that agreement. If a Court reaches out to the individual, after our representation for them to show up, we do not know, unless, notified by the Client. Any further representation is a separate fee at that time, be it a consultation or any other representation.
