This attorney here is a thief ‼️‼️‼️‼️ He charged my mom $12,000 for her immigration case she paid him off and right after she got detained at one of her ICE reportings he said he couldn’t do anything because it would be a separate case because when she hired him she was out here and now she is detai...ned!!!! Charged us $1,500 just to go see her and supposedly do an investigation of what could be done for my mother and we never got told anything about that so called investigation mind you she was detained for the same case she had paid him to represent her !!!!we called numerous times asking him we wanted to know what all he did for my mom’s case he had already been paid for‼️Him and his staff just kept giving us the run around!! So I called last Friday 12/12/2025 to ask how we can cancel contract and how would a refund work since he was not going to finish her case again he never called to give me that information instead he went to my mom and PRESSURED her to sign a cancellation with no refund so he could release the file is what he told her‼️‼️Now he is saying he still will not release the file because my mom didn’t not give him anything signed to release the file to any of us!! Shouldn’t he have asked her when he got her to sign that paper?? Please people be very careful it’s so sad how all these attorneys are taking advantage of all of us in need of there services right now ‼️‼️‼️‼️

I retained Daniel Corno for a misdemeanor case in effort to avoid it being placed on my record. I agreed and completed the terms of the deferred adjudication. I submitted the paperwork to Corno's office asking them to submit it and show up to court on my behalf due to medical issues. I was told it w...as done but I then get a notice for another courtddate. At the next court date, I was found guilty because no one showed up on my behalf. No one communicated anything to me. When I called in attempt to rectify the situation, the staff were rude and obviously incompetent.
