Excellent

One of the few decent lawyers with a big heart. From the first minute of our communication, I felt in him a person who, under any circumstances, ready to come to the rescue and stand up for his ward. I'm happy to meet him!

Defense attorney

Mr. Simpson did an outstanding job representing my case. Not only was the case dismissed with the best possible option there was a mod in the protection order allowing me to return to my home in a difficult situation. Highly recommended

Very thorough and confident in preparing and presenting your case!

Ben met my husband and I towards the end of my AOS process. He was very thorough in gathering evidence for my interview and preparing us with a mock interview and getting us ready for the actual interview! The real interview was a breeze, as a result, and we were more than prepared for what the offic...er asked us.

Immigration case

We had a very challaging case , he was our third lawyer in my partner case . Ben stayed postivie and fought on our behalf, he was confident and very prepared. Ben always calls back and explains thing so you understand. Fantastic Lawyer !

recommend to anyone

I would strongly recommend Ben to anyone. – I hired him for the I751 waiver interview, - and even though it was very short notice (about 2 weeks or so), and he has not previously handled my complicated case (that dragged through years), he agreed to take the case. Frankly, at first I hesitated to hir...e Ben since it did not seem that he had enough years of experience compared to the other lawyers I was considering. However, I was convinced I should hire him right after our initial phone conversation – he asked me all the relevant questions, made sure he completely understands my situation, and broke down the next steps for me, followed by a detailed email of what we discussed. He is very organized, and he is very knowledgeable in the immigration law area. Most importantly, he really cared about my case, that is why I felt comfortable to hire him to represent me. He ensured to spend extra time learning all the details about my case (I have tons of papers to go over), and he showed that he genuinely cared for the successful outcome. He drilled me on the possible questions, and made sure I am ready for any types of questions they may ask. I felt very comfortable having Ben represent me during the interview. I had a few complications to my case, and then again – he helped me greatly with his advice, and suggestions/options, and all the pros and cons on what to do next. He always responds in a short time period, and is timely at setting up appointments, he was also willing to accommodate appointments to my work schedule. Over the years, I have hired multiple lawyers, so I have quite a few to compare, and Ben was the best – I wish I have hired him all the way from the beginning. – I highly recommend.
