I met Irv and his wife at the gym. He is not only a consistent, determined athlete but one of the best fathers and husband I know. His wife is a kind thoughtful human and his kids a reflexión of his father work ethics . He is a very honest person. He won’t try to make you hire him if he can’t help, he has given us the most useful advices and his call being our fears and anxiety from 100 to 10%. Irv Rakhlin was born in Pennsylvania and later moved to Massachusetts to attend Amherst College and then Boston University School of Law. Extremely happy with my outcome

I retained Mr. Rakhlin after getting charged with OUI. I had reached out to a lawyer acquaintance and asked if he knew anyone who he would recommend. Mr. Rakhlin was recommended very highly. If another lawyer says "That's the guy I would get", then that's the guy you hire. He was extremely successful on my behalf, and was able to get my case dismissed. I would hire Irv again (but I don't plan on finding myself in the same situation again).

To whom it may concern: Attorney Rakhlin is the best lawyer I have ever seen. He saved not only my personal life, but also my future. My appreciation to him would stay in my heart and my life for all time. I found Attorney Rakhlin when my ex-wife and I were going through a divorce case, and my ex-wife said I violated the restraining order. I called Attorney Rakhlin to see if he could help me with my problem. Attorney Rakhlin is so wise, knowledgeable, experienced, and very articulate. During out first conversation, I found that he could understand the important points very quickly, and shared with me his thoughts on how to resolve the problems immediately. After our initial call, Attorney Rakhlin learned that I had two warrants for my arrest, but knew exactly what to do in order to fix the situation. Attorney Rakhlin even went the extra mile by meeting me outside the courthouse prior to our court date, so I did not have to go in alone and scared. Attorney Rakhlin saved me, and more, he saved my impression for America. I was so impressed by his speech in the court, he always had the right answer when the other party tried to bring in more false proofs. His speech did not give them any chance, and the other party just looked at each other and didn’t know what to do! With Attorney Rakhlin’s expert help, I was able to have my cases dismissed!! Despite the issues I was having, thankfully God blessed me and I found Attorney Rakhlin! God sent him to save me! Amazing Attorney - Highly Recommend

I hired Attorney Rakhlin after my daughter was arrested for a DUI. Irv came highly recommended by a friend. This was a second DUI and we were very concerned. Irv reviewed all the evidence and believed we could win the case. He spent time explaining why he thought she could win. It was a long process with multiple hearings. Irv did an amazing job questioning the witnesses. He explained how each court appearance help him prepare for trial. Irv won the case for my daughter. I can't thank him enough. Irv is knowledgeable, professional, kind and caring attorney. I would highly recommend him to represent you.

Excellent Representation

After I got a very disappointing result from a previous bad restraining order attorney, Irv Rakhlin was recommended to me. It was the best decision I could have made. I have now been involved in a difficult complex restraining order situation for over a year and Irv has led me to successful outcomes all along the way. Great Defense Attorney

I initially consulted with Attorney Rakhlin after I was arrested, and because I felt such at ease during our conversation, I hired him to represent me. After several months, we were able to obtain a favorable outcome where all the charges on my criminal case were dismissed in court. It was a pleasure working with Irv, and he skillfully guided me through the legal process during this difficult situation. Very Professional

Attorney Rakhlin did an excellent job representing me in court regarding a speeding violation and a driving in the left lane violation on the I91. He provided guidance on documentation and was very professional in court. The Magistrate dismissed the speeding ticket which was a good outcome.

Highly Recommend

My family worked with Irv Rakhlin of Rakhlin Law to help navigate complexities stemming from a car accident. Sealing my record

World class

Irv was world class. He obtained the result needed without being given the affidavit until we arrived in court and with less than a day to prepare. He was also kind, considerate, courteous, and compassionate toward everyone. He was skilled at knowing the ins and outs of the entire process and walked me through everything. Best in the game

Irv represented me as my attorney in a very difficult and complicated case. The case could have ruined my career and my kids’ livelihood but Irv made sure that didn’t happen. From our initial conversation at the beginning of the engagement till it was resolved I knew Irv had my back. He was prepared, professional, educated and experienced but yet very down to Earth. My case was dismissed thanks to Irv’s persistence and knowledge of the law. I could not have done it without him and he went out of his way to make it so easy for me. Went above and beyond!

He represented me in 4 cases that were different times. Irv takes being an attorney very serious. It was not looking good for me but did everything in his power to make sure I did not spend time in jail. To be honest I was shocked on what I received. I was sentenced to minimum 90days or until trial, but he was able to get in-front of the judge a few days later and was able to have it over turned and I was released. He always was prepared. And sat there and went over every possible circumstance possible. He beat all odds on my cases. I definitely would have been found guilty in at-least one of them. The district attorney wanted a ridiculous plea, but he went infront of the judge and got me 1 year unsupervised probation and just counciling these were not drug or alcohol related. In Massachusetts because of the Remy case I was actually screwed. Irv really showed his ability to fight a case and prove that I was not who the D.A made me out to be.

Exceeded all my expectations

I found Attorney Rakhlin while doing a search on Avvo. He was the miracle I was looking for, and he didn't get an Avvo score of 10/10 for nothing. I thought the situation I was in was so dire because the attorney that I had initially hired said that my case "can go either way" which meant if it did go south, it would negatively impact and jeopardize my future immensely. I had other unpleasant traumatizing interactions with a couple other attorneys before I found Irv. I emailed Attorney Rakhlin my situation, and he replied. We had an initial consultation over the phone, and I knew immediately he was the right attorney for me. Irv is ethical, professional, highly intelligent, a shark in terms of the in's and out's of court, fearless, confident, compassionate, understanding, empathetic, well prepared, prompt, trustworthy, kind, straight, and honest. Excellent lawyer with great attitude

If you're reading this then let me tell you, you should hired him as your lawyer in a heartbeat..not only he helped my case but he won and helped me get back in track. When it came to court date he is very punctual and the way he represents you infront of the judge is outstanding. He is very eficient and effective and very budget friendly..if you can't pay all in once he will give you an options for payment and very flexible and understanding. Lastly I wish nothing but the best for him and his firm. Because of him now I'm once again living normal life who don't have to worry about court and legal issues.

The Right Guy for the Right Job

i wish the experience that led me to hire Irvin were better, though I'm sure that's the start of any legal proceeding. Attorney Irvin Rakhlin was easily the best lawyer I could've hired this side of Boston, possibly in the state. He was incredibly professional, understanding, and understanding. When hiring him, you should remember that you're also paying for a lot of experience in these courts. I could not recommend a better defense attorney!
