Engaging Attorney Irvin Rakhlin to represent my family was one of the best decisions I made this year. Mr. Rakhlin is extremely professional, detailed oriented, honest, and compassionate. A family member received a restraining order on Labor Day weekend and Irvin worked with us throughout the weekend to make sure we were ready to resolve it on Tuesday morning. It was lifted. I consulted with Atty Rakhlin due to some issues going on in my family that resulted in restraining orders being issued against my parents and myself under false pretenses. My situation was complex to say the least, but Atty Rakhlin provided extremely thorough and helpful information in our initial ...consultation. He listened intently and offered to review my case very last minute before my two party hearing. Although I did not hire Atty Rakhlin, he provided very helpful and sound advice for how to best proceed for the best possible outcome. He even went out of his way to check in with me later in the day after the hearings to see how everything went and to see how I was doing....I was beyond touched! Not only had he gone above and beyond the initial consultation for my case and provided great advice, but his checking in to see how I was doing was something he really *didn't* need to do...but he did anyway...that just goes to show how Atty Rakhlin really cares about his clients and potential clients. He isn't one of those attorneys that will just take your money and go to court with you to sue anyone for anything, nor is he an attorney that will represent you only to never be heard from after services have been rendered. Atty Rakhlin truly is a good person with a good heart and it's clear to see that he has passion for what he does. If I had the funds at time of consultation, I would've hired him in a heartbeat to represent me at my restraining order hearing; however, living paycheck to paycheck did not make that possible, yet Atty Rakhlin still went above and beyond to help me in my situation. I absolutely will consult with and hire Atty Rakhlin in the event I need to retain counsel in the future and will *definitely* be referring anyone I know of that needs to consult and/or retain counsel to Atty Rakhlin. I can't thank him enough for how helpful he has been over the past week!!!

To my surprise a family member who has a history of being violent and controlling had filed a restraining order against me so I would not be able to visit my aging sickly mother in Boston . Since no aggression had happened from my side I knew this was filed to get control over my mother and her prop...erty. I the next day googled falsely accused restraining order and Irvin Rakhlin was the first to come up, he immediately gave me the confidence that he knew how to deal with this type of case . After talking with 5 other lawyers I came back to Irvin due to his experience with these matters and so happy that I did. Once in the court room I did not have to say a thing. He guided me to stand tall and strong and not react to my family members lies and outrages claims. Irvin's cross examination allowed for so may large holes to be put into the plaintiff's statements about me , and shed light on the truth of the judge to see clearly this was a case of one family member trying to control over the property over my elder mother. Irvin is very strong lawyer with great questioning skills , I felt totally protected and very secure this lawyer. I pray I never need this type of service again but if I did I would hire Irvin again.
