Michael's office did a great job, they dismissed my ticket in NYC, which with new laws brings severe penalties if found guilty. Due to the way the system is set up in NYC, you're either guilty or not, there is no room to negotiate.
The chances of winning are tough and Michael was able to do so
I definitely recommend his services, money was definitely worth it!!

Was traveling eastbound on I84 in the Town of Patterson, Putman County, NY. I came around a curve and saw a New York State Police car on the side of the road with his emergency lights flashing. There was no one in front or behind him, he was sitting alone. I had enough time to slow down and pull over a little before I passed him. 30 seconds later he was in my rear view, pulling me over and issued me a failure to move over ticket. Did not pull fully over to the left lane. This was the first time I have been pulled over in 25 years. Thanks to Michael Palumbo and his team my three point moving violation was reduced to a zero point ticket.

I am very pleased with the responsiveness and attention to detail that the Attorneys at Michael Palumbo's office provided. With great effort the cases were resolved. One dismissed and the others reduced. I would definitely recommend their services.

Michael Palumbo and firm was hired to represent me in three serious traffic violations that occurred in a three month span. On Monday he got my first 4 point speeding ticket reduced to a parking violation. I am under 21 and all my tickets would put 10 points on my license and I would have hefty fines, increase in insurance and other NYS penalties. Mr. Palumbo and as his staff follow-up without prompting, are extremely knowledgable, know all the town courts and are trustworthy. He is worth every penny!

I have no idea how he pulled it off (in Manhattan, the black hole of tickets) but he got two violations dismissed. It was simple, I paid the fee and they did the rest, I sat back and relaxed while they did the work. Awesome job!!

I am so "Happy", the case was won! The ticket was a sham, just another speed trap. The police car was set/parked across the street and to the left sitting in waiting just like a lion waiting to pounce. The whole scene played out dozens of times during the month, the officer asking what, why, we where doing in that part of town, since we were not members of the community.. Yes, we were innocent and the local police were not. Thank You! Attorney Palumbo for all your hard work and for believing in our innocence.

The team at your firm was very professional .They took the time to listen to my case despite of my language barrier. Thank you for being able to reduce the charge of a 4 point speeding violation 84/65 to the charge of
0 point unattended vehicle ticket I am glad I find an excellent lawyer to represent me.

I believe this is my second or third review on Michael Palumbo.... He never ceases to amaze me. Case after case. Ticket after ticket. I just learned today that my cell phone ticket (which carries five points in NYC) was dismissed and I was found NOT GUILTY. If you're looking for the BEST, there's only one call to make... Call Michael Palumbo!! Thank you again Michael!

I contacted Mr.Palumbo for advice on getting my license back after I was denied by the dmv for restoration. Every lawyer I spoke to said there was nothing I could do. When I spoke to Michael he said I should pay him $500 so he could "look at my records" and he has helped many people in my same senecio. After I payed him he called and asked me a buch of questions that he should have known the answers to since he "had my records" then said there is nothing he could do. Ppaying $500 to "review there record" and then giving no help. I should have listened to the other lawyers I spoke too. But he offered me hope.... False hope.

Michael Palumbo and his associates handled my speeding ticket in an efficient and successful manner. Distance prohibited me from going to court myself. While they couldn't make promises, their defense reduced my 4 point ticket to no points and a reasonable fine.
