Outcome: Client Acquited of 1st Assault

Description: T.T. was charged in Spokane County of 1st Assault. T.T. got in an argument with an upstairs tenant. At some point at least 1 knife was involved and T.T. received a slash to his throat. The alleged victim claimed at trial that T.T. came at another person with a knife, and the alleged victim got behind T.T. slit his throat. After a week long jury trial T.T. was acquitted.
