Criminal Defense attorney with experience at every trial level of Washington State courts of criminal justice: juvenile court, district court and superior court. Extensive experience in DUIs, domestic violence charges, license suspension issues, and felony cases. Trial experience at every level, including securing a not guilty verdict on a third-strike felony.
I'm proud to be back in Spokane, where I grew up. My father, John Clark, was a huge part of the legal community in Spokane, and helped a countless amount of folks in the Valley get back on their feet. It was watching him that inspired me to pursue the same career path: criminal defense.
After attending high school at West Valley High School here in Spokane, I attended Saint Joseph's University in Philadelphia, PA, where I graduated magna cum laude from the honors college with a degree in Business Management and a minor in Political Science. I came back to Spokane for two years after graduation and worked as a paralegal for Counsel For Defense, a local public defender's office that specializes in juvenile and felony cases.
In 2012, I moved on to law school at the University of Washington, where I took every criminal course I could find. I worked for the Snohomish County Public Defenders during my 2L summer, and for my father's former firm, Crary, Clark, Domanico & Chuang, P.S., during my 3L summer. After graduation, I took a job at the Spokane County Public Defenders Office, where over three and a half years, I handled almost every kind of criminal case that came through that office. I spent time in juvenile criminal court, district court, and in superior court, handling everything from DUIs and suspended license charges to violent felonies and third-strike offenses.
In March of 2019, I took a position with my Crary, Clark, Domanico & Chuang, P.S., coming back to the place where my father spent over 30 years. Three years later, in March 2022, I formed my own solo practice at Clark Law, PLLC.
If you come to our firm, I promise that I will work my hardest to get you the result you desire. Because of the history I have with this town, this profession, and the stakeholders in this community, I doubt you will find an attorney who will work more diligently or thoroughly to get you the result you want!

OMG!!! 5 Stars all the way!!
I went to court today, 11/12/24, by myself, and Steven Clark happened to be there and boy did he ever have my back. He wasn't my attorney nor had I ever even heard of him. He is the best, he stayed for over an hour after he was done with his paying clients and ended up representing me (PRO BONO) and...

Worth every Dollar, not enough stars to push.
I read the reviews of Steve Clark Law about a month ago all good. I called him and Steve called me back within minutes. I explained what my issues were. Steve was straight up and explained the process and his retainer. Steve always took my text or calls, even on weekends. If you are looking for a str...

Hire Steve
I wish there was a way I could give Steve more stars. He fought for me against a false DV accusation and basically gave me my life back. Steve constantly kept me updated on all matters concerning the case in a timely manner. I couldn't have asked for better representation.
