Major Lustick has helped me with a DUI about two years ago. After that i decided to join the U.S. Air Force, however i had to clear up all of my legal issues. I called Major Lustick to see if he could do anything to help my situation and he got all of the issues cleared up right away. If it wasn't for Major Lustick i would be stuck in my home town and wouldn't be able to go places like i am now.

I don't even know where to start. I have had a few (highly recommended) lawyers in the last 15 years. I was unimpressed and, quite frankly, horrified by their lack of concern over my legal issues. I found myself in a pretty big legal mess in the spring of 2007. My aunt did a lot of networking and research, and literally all signs pointed to Jeffrey.
Mr. Lustick is the epitomy of what an attourney should be. The moment I walked into his office, I knew I was in the right place. He showed genuine concern over my situation and walked me thru my options, and was honest (Boy, he sure doesn't sugar coat ANYTHING) He kept in touch with me often until my court date, and completely blew away the NONSENSE that the prosecutor tried to throw at him. We walked out victorious and quite pleased with ourselves. (Have I mentioned how much Jeffrey likes to win) :) Since then Jeff has helped me out of bind after bind. As a matter of fact on the 25th of June we will be celebrating again!!! He treats me like a daughter, even though he is like 5 minutes older than me. :) You feel like family at The Lustick Law Firm.
I'm a very lucky and greatful girl. I could never thank him enough or pay him back for all his care, concern, ethics and determination. (We'll I think I've probably "paid him back" with the trillions of VERY WELL SPENT MONEY I've given him. lol :)

I first saw Jeff Lustick at the courthouse. His professional demeanor and the knowledge of the court system that he exuded at court led me to hire him to represent me. Not only was I very pleased with the outcome of my case, I was extremely pleased by the amount of time and effort he spent on my case to get me the deal he did. Throughout the entire process I was very confident with each step we took towards resolving my case. If I were to need a lawyer again I would not hesitate to chose Jeff Lustick again.

I was arrested for driving under the influence (DUI). Scared as heck! Never had a criminal charge in my life. My family was supportive, but my job was at risk. I needed to hire an attorney. Jeff was recommended by my buddy. Jeff did great! Very good in court. I got a great deal. He worked very hard on my case and got a great deal. No DUI, no probation, no jail, minimum fines, etc. Jeff was happy to go to trial, but I decided to take the offer instead. And I'm very happy I did. I highly recommend Jeff.

I hired Jeffrey to defend me on a rape case. Before I did, I spoke with several other lawyers in town all of whom told me to make a plea deal and prepare to go to prison. Jeffrey’s take was very different. He investigated my situation and proved to the prosecutor that the rape did not occur. Jeffrey convinced the prosecutor to dismiss my case! Jeffrey is the best!

On 05/30/07 I was on my way home from work when my wife called and asked me to join her and a friend for a couple of beers. It was about 11:30 p.m. when I arrived at the bar. I had only a couple of beers and we left the bar at 1:30 and were heading down Lakeway in Bellingham, WA.. I was doing 40 in a 25 and I spotted a police car parked under the over pass but it was too late. Before I knew it there were lights in my rearview mirror. I pulled over and the officer asked where I had been. I advised that we were coming home from a bar. The officer asked if I had anything to drink and I admitted that I had two beers. The officer asked me to step out of the car for some tests. After the tests the officer asked me to do a Breathalyzer and advised that I wanted to speak to an attorney before I did. At the time I felt very alone and did not know what to do. I got to the station and spoke with a public defender for about 15 min and he adv me what to do. I truly did not know if I should listen to him. He sounded tired and I just didn’t feel like he had my best interest. I took the Breathalyzer and blew a .084 the first time and a .087 on the second. I had told the officers that I wanted to do a blood draw to test the blood alcohol, so they released me at the hospital. My wife went home in a taxi and had all the money so I could not get the blood draw.
So I am at the hospital in the early hours of the a.m. not knowing what to do and had an arraignment the next day. I remember a friend at work literally had a stack of about 40 speeding tickets and I had asked him why he was not in jail, he smiled and said that I have the best attorney in town that has got me out of everyone of the tickets. So I decided to call my friend and get his attorneys number. He advised that the name of the attorney is Jeff Lustick and gave me his number. Well with my arraignment just hours away I call the Lustick Law Firm before hours and explained my situation. Mr. Lustick's assistant called me after they opened and had me come in for an appointment at 11 a.m. . I was so nervous not knowing what to expect. Everyone from my friend to his assistant said that I was in great hands. Well went into his office and sat down. Jeff Lustick started off by saying “I am not here to say that you are innocent or guilty I am here to make the law work for you.” That was like a breath of fresh air and put me at ease. Jeff Lustick was very upfront and explained the best and worst scenarios and the approach he was going to take. Jeff explains things in a very comprehensive way and he is very personable, he also explained what would happen if I went in without legal help. He advised that he would meet me at 2 p.m. for my arraignment; this was on the same day that I called him. Jeff also advised what my rights were getting pulled over and let me know what to say. I will not give out any legal advice, that I will leave that to the Lustick Law Firm.
A few weeks later before my trial date I had another meeting with Mr. Lustick and he advised that he found some mistakes in the police report and advised that he got the prosecuting attorney to reduce the charge to a negligent driving one. That was I believe two steps lower than the original DUI.
The way that Jeff Lustick handles himself in the courtroom can be described as charismatic, prepared, confident and aggressive. Jeff is always first to show and therefore the first to go up before the Judge, Jeff is very respectful to the judges always asking to be excused when leaving. And it is obvious he is respected as well.
It was time to have a hearing with the DMV over the phone and this time it was with Alexander Ransom, he advised that I could lose my license for up to 3 months. The hearing started and again there was another error found and I walked out of the phone hearing with my license.
I thought that would be the last time that I would have to hire the Lustick Law Firm. Being the king of poor choices and not thinking on two different occasions I had a headache and took one of my wife’s Valium. Well at this time I was on probation and failed two drug tests. I did not realize I failed the first one until after I took the second pill. So the second drug test was failed as well and another hearing was set. And again Jeff was first to arrive and first to go before the judge, Jeff proved to the judge that the prescription was actually written for my wife and not bought off the street. And the probation officer just recommended staying in compliance and free I was again.
So I would recommend the Lustick Law Firm for anyone who wants the best to represent him or her. Thank you Jeff and everyone who works at the office.
