Outcome: DUI Dismissed!

Description: N.F. was charged with a DUI in the Everett area. N.F. came to me concerned because it appeared she had been caught pretty much "red handed." The officer came up to her, after she'd been driving, and accused her of driving drunk. After being arrested, she was looking at up to a year in jail and a $5000 fine. The prosecutor wanted several days, along with a license loss, and other "Standard DUI Conditions." Based on the legal issue of corpus delecti, the case was dismissed.
