The truth be told, I trusted this attorney to prepare my case with the needed input that the court would require to make a judgement, this did not happen.
My case was dismissed without prejudice, requiring me to refile my case because a large piece of supportive evidence was not presented, nor was it mentioned by her that it would be asked for.
I believe this attorney was unprepared to present this case, a gross misjudgment, that cost me a lot of money, time, and emotional discord with my significant other.
The petition should have never gone to court without this professional evaluation being present.
I decided to find another lawyer because I felt I could not trust her to present the petition properly.

I researched many lawyer in the state of Washington. I need a lawyer with a excellent background in criminal and sex offense matters. I was not charged with any crime. But there is a state law that prohibits having contact with a minor child if you were ever convicted of a sex offense. My charges were over 20 years old and have raised my children in the past 20 years with no issues at all. But the laws changed and I need to get a no contact order against an abusive spouse. This was very difficult for me to do knowing that I could no longer have contact with my child. After going to other lawyers in the area I decided to research lawyers myself. I found there was no lawyers with the skills required to bridge family law and criminal law in the area. After careful consideration I came to Amy's law office. This case was very rare and need a top level lawyer to handle a case like this. Amy was able to get all the information needed to show the Judge that I was no longer a risk to minor children. She presented my case before a judge and convected the judge to rebut the presumption. This has change my life and the future of my children. The care and determination that Amy gave my case was so impressive that I will never forget what Amy has done for me and my children. I have worked with some of the best lawyers in the state of Washington. I would always put Amy Muth at the very top of the list.

I was recently charged with a criminal offense resulting from a false accusation by a family member. This created a situation in which I had to seek representation in Juvenile Court, Superior Court (Family), and Superior Court (Criminal).
I received a recommendation to contact Amy Muth. She immediately scheduled a free consultation, which occurred on a weekend, listened to my needs, and agreed to represent me. I have since been in all three courts and Amy has been my constant defender at each and every hearing. Amy's expert guidance and stellar performance in open court has been impressive. She has been proactive in my defense in each and every court hearing, and made sure my rights were never violated.
Amy is a competent and caring individual who takes a personal interest in her client. Her integrity, professionalism, and ethical approach in dealing with my situation has been remarkable. I have nothing but the highest regard for her as an attorney and as a caring and kind person.

From the first time I talked with Amy I knew I wanted her to represent my husband. He was facing some serious charges that were false. my world was turned upside down. Amy was professional and always prompt on returning call and answering questions. She has a positive attitude that helped me get through this whole ordeal. It took 3 months and the case was dismissed! Amy is an excellent lawyer and I am thankful that I was referred to her. I would recommend her in a heart beat to anyone needing a defense lawyer.

Several months ago I found myself in front of a judge, facing almost ten felony charges, all of them serious, carrying a total of almost five years worth of prison time. Not having much experience with the criminal justice system, I was terrified in regard to my future prospects. As soon as I met Amy Muth, I was immediatly set at ease and for the first time since having been charged, I began to feel hopeful about both my future and my life. She was well spoken and assertive in the courtroom. She listened to all my concerns, and I had many, and responded to them accordingly. If she didn't know the answer she would find it. Amy kept me informed of our cases' progress and the courts' schedules. More importantly, she made a serious effort to get to know me as a person, not a charge or a case. By doing so, she was able to prepare an exceptional defense for our case. She outsourced social workers, mental health professionals, and chemical dependancy counselors in order to gather a complete social and environmental history of my life. Amy then took this inofrmation and compiled a compelling argument to the court, asking for a mitigated sentence calling for treatment rather than prison time. The court accepted Amy's proposal. I plead guilty to one charge instead of the nine or ten I was charged with, and received the treatment I needed rather than being wharehoused in a prison. Its been almost a year since I was origianlly charged. I'm home with my family. I'm sober. I'm receiving the treatment I needed. I'm happy. Amy Muth saved my life.

The day I met with Amy about my case I felt relieved in how she took her time to get everything covered. She has been very informative on any new news on the case. Throughout the time she has been my lawyer she has been very professional and to the point. She is aggressive in her tactics as a defense lawyer. I don't think I could have found a better attorney for my case. She has done an outstanding job.
