Description:Plaintiff sustained six fractured ribs and a fractured scapula when a dog escaped from its owner’s year and ran into the path of Plaintiff’s motorcycle. Plaintiff attempted to settle the case himself but was given the runaround by the insurance company. We stepped in and resolved the matter to Plaintiff’s satisfaction. Following the resolution of the case, Plaintiff retired from his 20 year career as a mechanic to pursue his love for riding, building and collecting motorcycles.
