Thank you Sher for resolving my claim

“I was very happy with the way Russell & Lazarus represented me, especially the attorney who was handling the claim at the end, Sher Beard, who would not take no for an answer. My phone calls were always returned promptly by Mr. Russell and his staff and when the other insurance company made a low b...all offer, there was no hesitation on behalf of my attorneys to aggressively pursue the claim by filing a lawsuit. Once the lawsuit was filed and the defendant’s deposition was taken, an ultimatum was conveyed by Russell & Lazarus that if the policy limits were not offered on my claim, the case would go to trial. The ultimatum worked and soon thereafter they settled the claim for the six figures that had been requested. Not only did Russell & Lazarus give me great legal representation but they also helped me get the surgery I needed quickly instead of having to wait 6-7 months that it would have taken to have it done through my health insurance. I would not hesitate to recommend the law firm of Russell & Lazarus to anyone who has a serious personal injury claim. I can’t imagine a law firm doing any more than what they did for me.”
