I am a Simi Valley CA attorney devoted to helping my clients resolve debt issues. Sometimes Bankruptcy is the best solution. I have handled over 65 bankruptcy cases in the last two years. Other times litigation or negotioation is what is required. I have represented clients in numerous lawsuits against credit card companies. In each case the client was able to settle their debt and avoid bankruptcy. Their are no guaranteed outcomes but letting credit card companies take a default judgment is never the best answer.

Shawn really helped me.
