Outcome: Plaintiffs prevailed at trial, and were awarded pension benefits back to the start of their employment with the first company. US District Court published decision which was withdrawn pursuant to a confidential settlement.

Outcome: Court of Appeals reversed and remanded for new trial, based on judicial misconduct

Pomona College v Sup Ct (Corin RPI)(1996)45 CA.4th 1716, 53 CR 2d 662

Outcome: Pomona's writ was granted by the Court of Appeal, holding that mandamus was Dr. Corin's exclusive remedy.
