Confident and Prepared

Being confident and prepared is what having Moore, Schulman and Moore on your side does for you, even in a pandemic. Dave Schulman and Jillian Minter helped me gain the best possible outcome for my child in a difficult, custody battle that included moving out of state. In the best interest of the child

Mr Schulman represented the minor child, The child's condition had gotten worst since dissolution and I had lost hope of saving my son. Dave focused on the child and his best interests, The focus of the courts turned to the child as soon as Mr Schulman started representing the child. He stayed very f...ocused, If your child is suffering you definitely need Mr Schulman for a custody case which is not going anywhere. The child's trauma is getting into control and I thank no one but Mr Schumann. Save your kid!, Payments are very reasonable as Dave understands your financial situation and tries to bill you minimum hours and gets maximum results.

I had the Best Legal Team in San Diego

I am a client of David Schulman. I retained Mr. Schulman August 2014 to handle my divorce. I was scared and financially outmatched. During the early part of 2014 I tried to resolve the matter without legal counsel. When I realized this was bigger than me, I called Moore Schulman and Moore on the adv...ice of Edward Miley, Miley Law, out of Las Vegas. I am so glad I retained Mr. Schulman, as I had no idea just how complicated the process could be. Mr. Schulman made me feel more confident and settled as soon as I sat down with him for the consultation. He went to work for me immediately. He patiently explained the process and what to expect. He is aggressive, experienced and vigilant. I was fighting my ,soon to be, ex-husband who had unlimited financial resources. He tried every tactic, scaring me, intimidation and running me out of money. Throughout the entire journey, David Schulman never wavered. And then I met Julie Westerman. What an amazing attorney. She has a graceful sensitive approach and always adds a bit of humor. She navigated the complicated world of Law and translated it into terms I could understand. That talent cannot be overstated, divorce law is very complex. Julie always took the time to help me understand it all. I can remember during those early days of working with both Dave and Julie, thinking how did I get so blessed to have such talented people fighting for me. After 2 failed Mediations, we knew trial was inevitable. When I arrived back in San Diego for the Trial (September 13, 14 and 15), all I could think was what on earth can we argue about for three days. This is just about money. I learned very quickly on the first day, how OC can drag the process out to wear me down, assassinate my character, dismiss my role in a long term marriage and make me feel defeated. Dave and Julie assured me it was normal and not to feel defeated. Dave and Julie fought hard for me. They took care of me and held me up when I felt weak. After three of the hardest days of my life, we prevailed and won what we had asked for some two years ago in the first mediation. I am forever grateful to Dave Schulman, Julie Westerman, Kristin Carbone, Linda Hanson, Sarah Bear, Tanya Sanscartier, Brenda Rozynek, John Williams and all the other people who have worked on my case. Thank you for a great team.

Straight Shooter

Dave Schulman will give it to you straight. He tells you what the legal issues are and the possible outcomes. He helped me take the emotion out of the decision making which dramatically drove down the cost of the legal wrangling. He battled for the issues that were important to me, and made it very c...lear when fighting for things like keeping my house were not worth the cost and time it would take. If you want someone who knows the ins and outs of family law and will give it to you straight, then Dave is the attorney for you.
