Handled a traffic citation issue for me. His knowledge in his practice areas is excellent, and his knowledge of procedure is excellent as well. Couldn't have been happier with the results in my case.

When I went to Jeff, I was nervous and scared about my case in court. Not only did he make me feel comfortable and relaxed, he gave me confidence about the outcome of my trial. He explains things simply and easy to follow. Overall, I would highly recommend this honest, hard working lawyer to anyone I know.

All i've got to say is Jeff did a rockstar job, he was able to bargain away my prison time and strike, always kept me well informed during the process of my case and was available for my questions at random hours day or night, this gave me peace of mind. I would highly recommend his services.

I obtained Jeff's service because of his familiarity with the San Bernardino courts and his fair pricing. I was not disappointing. Jeff was able to get my case dismissed and made the whole process very easy for me, even as a first time defendant.

Jeff Bullard went above and beyond to help me with my felony attempt burglary case with 3 misdemeanor petty theft priors. I called him shortly after the incident base on previous acquire. He was understanding of my situation and advised me to leave work immediately to prevent officers arresting me at work. I left work and met him at the office, he patiently explained what to expect next and set up bail bond for me. He took me to police station to surrender and assured me that he will look for me if I am not released by early morning next day. My bail went as smooth as possible.
Jeff is professional and experienced; he is knowledgeable and well respected at San Bernardino court house. He is honest and realistic; he delivers what he promises if not more. He explained it’s unlikely to get my case dismissed, but he promised it’s not a felony case and I won’t see the inside of jail. He is compassionate and available, he kept me updated on case status and discussed possible outcomes in words I can understand. I can get hold of him via text/email at any time.
After one agonizing year dealing with the DA, my case was dismissed at preliminary hearing. To reduce my charge to misdemeanor would have been a good outcome given my priors, I am so grateful for the dismissal. He puts in the time to do the homework to get the best outcome for his client. I would recommend Mr. Bullard to anyone who needs a criminal defense lawyer.

From the day he took my case to the day it was dismissed, Mr. Bullard showed nothing but the utmost compassion and professionalism. He was always available to answer my questions and concerns, and if he wasn't he would call me back as soon as he was available. Even though he had other clients he always made me feel like I was top priority. The most frustrating thing (which was not his fault) was how long it took to have the case dismissed because of the lazy DA and her "Hang Em' High" supervisor. Mr. Bullard believed in me from day one and believed that we had a good case. He kept on the DA and presented the facts: That my alcoholic soon-to-be ex-wife telling the police that I hit her was a lie. It took the judge lowering the charge to a misdemeanor to finally get a sensible DA to see that there was no case. I've never broken the law in my life and this is the first time I ever hired an attorney. If you're on the fence about hiring a private attorney vs. letting the court appoint a PD think about this: Do you really want to leave your fate to an overworked PD who can't tell you apart from the next person? I didn't consider it for a second, and neither should you. I can't possibly thank Mr. Bullard enough for all of his hard work.

Jeff is very knowledgeable, he answered all of my concerns. He is also easy to get a hold of, whether it be email, text or phone he always returns or answers the phone. I would highly recommend Jeff. It was much easier on me knowing he was on my team. The way he handled the DMV and the Court was way better than I thought would happen

I consulted with 3 of the highest rated criminal defense lawyers in the San Bernardino area, Jeff was by far the most responsive, knowledgeable and professional from the first phone consultation. I am in professional sales and work with attorneys on a regular basis and was very impressed with the way he carried himself. He was not pushy, not salesy, and did not gloat about his reputation. Instead, the phone call was about me, my problem, and what my options were to fix it. It was refreshing that he gave me straight answers that were down to earth and not jargon about maximum sentence or worst-case penalties like many other lawyers. Other lawyers wanted reference/character letters, witness names, forms and other "homework" to be done on my behalf which seems like "standard procedure" for the larger firms to be handled by their legal secretaries. Jeff personally handled my case without making me go out of my way for additional documentation on my end that was not yet needed at this point of the case.
Considering the minority of my case, without asking he offered me a discounted rate (which was about half what most other lawyers charged), and was able to immediately accommodate even though my first appearance was the next morning. It was impressive that he knew the local courts calendar off the top of his head and immediately knew when the pre-trial conference would be, even before reporting to court. He delivered exactly what he estimated which was a dismissal at the pre-trial conference after meeting with the DA and promptly both calling and emailing me the morning of, along with the courthouse records.
Thank you again- Could not have been a better experience.

I hired Mr. Bullock to take care of a speeding ticket that I incurred for going over 100 mph. I had spoken to a few other attorneys who wanted to charge me double to triple of what he charged me, and they also told me I could lose my license, etc; if I didn't hire them. They used bullying as a way of getting my business. I finally found Mr. Bullock on line. He not only spent 20 minutes explaining to me the best and worst case scenario, but even advised that I could try to do a few tactics on my own before hiring him. I was so impressed by his honesty and knowledge and felt that I had a better chance with hiring him. I received a phone call today telling me that the fine was 1/4 of what I was prepared to pay and he also got the misdemeanor speeding dropped to under 100. Kudos to you Mr. Bullock and I would recommend him to anybody who doesn't want to feel like just a number and wants the best results.

Approximately three years ago our friends son (whom we consider family) was arrested for breaking and entering a home with some of his friends after a party. They stole some very expensive items and were all subsequently arrested and charged. Although we were over 400 miles away I immediately called Jeff Bullard, I met him years ago and he made quite an impression. He called me back within 20 minutes. We had never been through anything like this before and he calmly walked us through what was going to happen, the bail that we could expect to be set and the name of a bail bondsman. Everything, he told us was exactly as it happened. To make this case more difficult the local district attorney tried to show this was a gang related crime since ther were about six or seven guys involved. There was no gang and eventually after going back and forth to court the charge was reduced to a misdemeanor. Jeff Bullard followed up with us promply, told us what we should do to get our God son personal references and what he could do to make the court see that he made a very bad mistake and wanted to turn his life around. As we get prepared for college to start again this year, I can't help but think how grateful we are to have had Jeff in our corner.

Jeff Bullard is an amazing attorney, if you need someone to have your back, fight your case, and treat you like family, Jeff is the way to go! He is honest, up front, and will tell you realistic options. About six months ago Jeff got a very expensive ticket against my husband dismissed after working with us and working the matter! I did not think it would happen as there are so many cases of injustice but Jeff fought for us, he went above and beyond to help us and for that I will always be thankful.
If you need an attorney who is hands on and truly cares, stop what you are doing and give him a call.

He was quick to take our retainer and cash it in at the bank but afterwards, he totally dragged his feet. This is definitely the type of lawyer to avoid.

During a time when I (for the first time in my life actually) had a mishap with an almost ridiculous local law concerning a park curfew where I would receive a misdemeanor, Attorney Jeffrey Scott Bullard was immediately on my side to help. Sympathetic toward my dilemma, he acted very passionately to help me out in any way he could. After talking with him on the phone, meeting him in his office, to eventually hiring him, the first thing he did was drive out to the very park that I was cited for the broken curfew. There he examined every speck of detail that would eventually help to gaining my favored outcome: a dismissal of all charges.
Throughout my troubles Attorney Bullard walked me through all the processes I would have to take as well as possible outcomes of my situation; he made sure that I understood everything that was happening around me as well. Keeping in contact with him was never an issue. He assured me that he would give his best to get me the results that I wanted, and after a small period of time he was able to have all charges against me dismissed after meeting with the District Attorney.
Considering my case, I may be perceived as young, but do not mistake this for being naïve. I would highly recommend Attorney Jeffrey Scott Bullard to others and would not hesitate to seek him out again in the future should the need arise.

Hired Mr. Bullard to represent my 75-year-old mother in her California DMV driver's license revocation case. I wanted her to have representation at the hearing to determine whether or not she would be given the opportunity to take a re-test of a recently mandated driver competency road test.
How refreshing to start off with an attorney who answers his own phone. He was receptive and sympathetic to my mom's predicament, seemed interested in the case, and offered that he was experienced with this type of litigation as well as the particular DMV bureaucrats involved in her case.
We conducted a telephone consultation of perhaps 20-30 mins and at which point I elected to hire him. He clearly explained his fee for the representation and detailed what would be covered. The price of the prospective work was reasonable and the extent of same comprehensive.
Throughout the case Mr. Bullard went the "extra mile" to effect a favorable outcome for us. He personally drove out to my mom's distant location to interview her in preparation for her DMV hearing, requiring a not insignificant amount of time and effort. He went out of his way in his visit to make my mother feel comfortable with him and the situation and then professionally conducted his client's interview. Mom really liked him and was more than happy with the representation she received - both at home and at the hearing itself. Further, his work at the hearing resulted in a successful outcome. No surprise there.
I want to publicly thank Mr. Bullard for his fine representation on my mother's behalf. I will not hesitate to seek him out in the future for other representation or legal advice I or my mother might require.

I personally called around looking for a good defense attorney to take on my dui probation violation case. I had called around and most of the attorneys were overpriced out of my budget, not until I called Jefferey Scott Bullard. He not only quoted me a fair attorney cost, but he was different than all the other lawyers I had called around. He was very attentive, listened to me and was very well organized. Anytime I needed him for advice, whether it is via phone or email, he was on it. I don't think i went more than 5 minutes without hearing back from him and that speaks alot! I have hired other dui attorneys and they didn't want to get to know me on a personal basis or anything. They just looked at me as a number and never kept me really informed as they had other clients that were supposedly more important than me. Jeffrey was with me every step of the way. He has a very nice, calm demeanor, and that reassured me that he will do everything he can for me, which is all I ask for. I have no problem recommending this attorney to anyone. I don't plan on getting into trouble with the law anytime soon, but if I do, I know who to go to! If any of my friends or family members need a good defense attorney, I will recommend Jeffrey Scott Bullard without a doubt!
I had a warrant out since I violated my DUI probation because i didn't pay my dui fine and never did any work release program as part of my plea to avoid jail time. I was well almost 2 years into my warrant and had faced serious jail time, since I violated my probation. Jeffrey went to court for me and got me re-instated to my original probation. I avoided jail and have him to thank.

From the moment I contacted the offices of Michael Scafiddi, the matter was handled professionally. I'm aware that Jeff was supported by the team of lawyers at the firm and the result was the best resolution for my matter. I would highly recommend Jeff and this firm to anyone seeking the best representation possible.
