Carolina C. Gomez established the Orange County-based immigration and criminal law practice, The Law Office of Carolina C. Gomez, in 2012. Her office is currently located in Santa Ana, California.
As a native of Nicaragua, fluent in Spanish and English, clients often welcome her empathetic and effective approach to each case. A seasoned veteran in the courtroom, she’s handled thousands of immigration and family-based matters, in addition to criminal law cases such as DUI, drug crimes, domestic violence and other offenses.
Prior to opening her practice, she worked for several years as Senior Associate at U.S. Law Center. Previous positions included her role as an Associate at several diverse organizations including a renowned law firm in Los Angeles, where she handled many aspects of civil litigation cases and Chapter 7 bankruptcy cases.
She attended Western State University College of Law, where she earned a Business Law Certificate. After completing her law degree, she worked as a California State Bar Certified Law Clerk at the Practical Training of Law Students (PTLS). During her time at WSU Law, she interned at Community and Mission Hospitals as a law clerk. She earned her bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Azusa Pacific University.
She currently serves on the Board of Directors for the Hispanic Bar Association, Orange County; and is a member of the State Bar of California; the Los Angeles Country Bar Association, Immigration Section; and the Orange County Bar Association.
