Like most of you on here, I posted a question and hoped someone would be able to help. Thankfully it was Mr. Juarez. He was informative as to my rights but also gave me options. I didn't feel that I was being "talked at" or that he was disingenuous. I felt that I had a sense of direction after listening to what he had to say. I am extremely thankful for his advice and I highly recommend him. You will do yourself a service by listening to what Mr. Juarez has to say.
