Honest lawyer

I spoke with Kathryn back in 2018 about a second mortgage charge-off and owe her a long overdue thank you. My fiancé and I spoke with many people over the years about how to best resolve his situation and she was the only person who gave us honest information. She told me over the phone that this was... something we could resolve ourselves and we eventually did two years later, with really great results. While we didn't need to use her services, we really appreciated her honesty.

Highly Recommend Kathryn Tokarska

Kathryn did an amazing job handling my mom’s bankruptcy. She is intelligent, tireless and knows her job inside and out. She also consulted with me regarding a student loan issue that ended up in my favor. My mom and I would use her again in a minute!!

She did an amazing job.

Kathryn isn't a warm & fuzzy person but as your attorney she is tough and to the point. Great at follow up and communication skills. There is no hand holding with this wonderful attorney but you haven't hire her for hand holding. She is a true professional and I would refer anyone to her.

My wife and I had to file for Bankruptcy and spoke with several lawyers before selecting Kathryn. During our proceeding, it was brought to our attention how organized and responsive Kathryn when she was asked for specific information and documents by the court, which if not provided in a timely fashion, could have delayed our case. Kathryn is one of the most exceptional attorneys I have ever worked with and am so grateful I found her during a difficult time in my life. She will always be truthful and forthright and is extremely detail oriented. She answers questions promptly and makes sure you completely understand the process and due diligence required.
