Amy J. Lepine

Former victim advocate and deputy City Attorney, Amy Lepine formed Lepine Law Group in 2006 to provide access to justice for the underdog. Her firm takes on many cases that are considered unpopular among most legal practitioners, such as enforcement of oral contracts and police misconduct. Ms. Lepine has developed sharp trial skills and has built a formidable trial team. Jury verdicts have ranged from $2.8 million for breach of oral contract to enforcement of a life estate in a Marvin action. Ms. Lepine has successfully litigated personal injury and civil rights claims against various municipalities on behalf of citizens who were mistreated and injured by those charged with protecting them. Lepine Law Group continues to hold true to its advocacy roots representing plaintiffs in fair housing and employment claims, domestic violence torts, and financial elder abuse.  A hippy at heart, Amy prefers to spend as much of her time possible surfing, singing and playing guitar. She is a seeker of truth and maintains a regular spiritual practice of meditation and yoga. Amy has developed her own form of yoga that she enjoys sharing with liked-minded people.
