Integrity, Efficiency, Effectiveness

Divorce is usually not a happy process. Nowadays it is especially troublesome for men who have to share their hard-earned wealth with their departing soon-to-be-former wife. California divorce law is very straightforward, share of assets and wealth is a technical process that doesn't really need liti...gation if both parties are participating honestly. However, if that is not the case, if one or both of the parties are contesting, one needs a strong attorney who would defend your rights "efficiently and effectively". Mrs Ekaterina Berman was that "efficient and effective" attorney I've hired for my divorce during 2020 - 2021 after getting ripped off initially by a "law office". I have to admit that I was angry and not very cooperative initially. Ekaterina explained the process very patiently for a couple of weeks and enabled the process to be completed as fast as possible. Yes, at the end, because of the divorce laws of California, I had to pay a significant amount to my ex-wife but it could be a lot worse if I continued with the previous "group of lawyers" who prayed on the anxiety of people getting divorced. Ms Berman has integrity. She is very straightforward and her first priority is the rights of her client and the value she can add by avoiding unnecessary legal processes, paperwork etc... Thank you, Mrs Berman for your help!

Ekaterina managed my divorce proceedings, and I was extremely satisfied with her handling of my case. She was proactive in communicating expectations, potential challenges, and the necessary steps. I have since recommended her to a friend.

Grateful for Ekaterina’s help navigating the divorce process

Dealing with the divorce and what seems to be a never-ending stack of forms to be filled out can be quite overwhelming. We had many questions. Ekaterina listened patiently to all the questions and concerns that we had and helped us a great deal to better understand the process and feel more comfortab...le with it. My wife and I ended up hiring Ekaterina as a mediator and we glad that we did. She guided us every step of the way and answered all our questions in a super-timely fashion. With Ekaterina’s help we were able to get all the paperwork ready, so we can move forward with our lives. Based on our interactions throughout the process, I observed Ekaterina Berman to be professional, pragmatic, honest and fair to both sides and can recommend her as such. I am very grateful for her help navigating the divorce process during this difficult time.
