Hit & Run Charges Dismissed (State v. TV)

Outcome: No jail. No Hit and Run Conviction

Description: Client was arrested for DUI and Hit & Run Charges in Alhambra. Chemical Tests showed that his BAC was over the limit. We were able to resolve the case by having prosecutors dismiss the more serious Hit and Run Charges. Client received a class and no jail time.
