if i could give zero star's my god i sure would. matt is a complete scam artist. he gives the first impression that hes extremely caring and helpful to his clients until you pay the man. then he runs with your money and forgets to show up to court dates or follow up with your discovery. instead he ac...t's like he owns you now because you paid him a good amount of money, then proceed's to disrespect you or challenge you when you question his excuse's behind not being available as it states in our agreement. this clown had the audacity to block my phone number to where i couldn't reach my own attorney because i told him about how he missed my very first hearing. blocked me, didn't even notify the courthouse that i had requested to terminate his services. instead he had me sit all day at the courthouse with the judge waiting for this man because he wanted to be petty. this dude is a joke and most importantly a scammer. if you're thinking about hiring matt, don't! take it from someone that has did business with this poindexter and has no criminal record. i needed this man to help me with a dui, instead he tried to scam me out of a petty 5k. he will do the same to you if i don't have him reported to state bar first. matt is garbage !!!!

I have recently had Mr. Matt Horeczko represent me for a TRO- temporary restraining order requested by my brother’s ex girlfriend. She created a complete lie that I was harassing her after my brother’s passing which was completely untrue. Mr. Horeczko represented myself during the hearing proceedings in the most professional manner which brought relief to me and the TRO was not granted or approved by the court. Matt has helped me with various things over the years. He helped win a settlement case when I got jumped at a party when I was 20 years old.
