I had a chance to call up immediately after he answered my question and the conversation was amazing. He never rushed onto getting his business rather recommended steps I should take inorder to get my issues resolved. That involved no business opportunity to him and was oriented in my favor. He had the right advise and his conversation clearly told me how experienced and knowledgeable he was.

All, Michael is probably one of the most honest and responsive lawyers I have had the pleasure working with. Just copying him on emails to various parties has opened many doors. Tried getting advice, he did more talking then listening. It seemed he didn't know much. Some advice was good but the same advice I got from another lawyer, which was also to go to another lawyer who also practices in same field of law that could be more helping.

Court Dismissal Respond, 3. our explanatory motion which we directed through the Honorable Chief Judge James Ware. 4. Second Respond by Honorable Judge Davila- presumably on our motion. 5. Probably obviously, prospectively Dismissal by the 9th Court of Appeals. San Francisco. And who would allow such a HORROR to be discussed in the Fed COURT and what Nazi Criminals who stay behind this crime would do in the COURT ???? There's no CONTEST. I have used Michael Doland for a commission contract dispute with my former employer and Michae was very impressive the whole process from filing to winning the case. I have to say I was the most impressed in court where he rebutted every claimed from the other sides and made them look ridiculous.
