A proud native of California and Santa Clara County, Attorney Wiesner graduated with honors from Santa Clara University. While studying law, Attorney Wiesner earned awards for outstanding performance in several courses, including Advocacy, and represented Santa Clara University in the Vis International Commercial Arbitration competition. Attorney Wiesner earned the Herman Wildman Social Justice Writing Award for legal analysis of human trafficking laws; a work later relied upon by the New York State Bar Association in their assessment of New York state's human trafficking protections.
From 2011 to 2014, Attorney Wiesner worked along side Superior Court Judges, Federal Prosecutors, and District Attorneys on a range of criminal matters including petty theft, vehicle code violations, rape, possession of child pornography, narcotics possession, homicides, and white collar crimes. These experiences equip Attorney Wiesner with motion and trial experience, familiarity with federal and state white collar crimes, and comfort conducting negotiations where both money and freedom are at stake.
Outside the courtroom, Attorney Wiesner enjoys racquetball, foreign languages, and volunteering in the community.
