Stephen J. Howitz

After paying a different attorney to set up a Living Trust, we discovered he was not knowledgeable and should not have been practicing Estate law. It caused our family much grief, stress, and problems. Someone gave us Stephen Howitz's number. He was extremely knowledgable about Living Trusts and help...ed us navigate around the problems caused by previous attorney. He also looked up several things for us when he wasn't recently-familiar with an issue. I highly recommend him as someone who will put the client's interests first.

Stephen was great with my on-going legal battle with my ex husband, but ended up dropping the case at a crucial moment, stating that the topic was different (although he had done work on it) and that as I hadn't paid off the large bill for the last case, he couldn't do anymore.
