I retained the services of Ms. Jacobson on an immigration law issue, which came somewhat out of the blue and needed to be addressed on an immediate basis. It was clear from my very first conversation with her that she had the knowledge and expertise required to try to resolve the issue. Ms. Jacobson did not disappoint. She quickly got to work and kept me informed of the progress of the case in a very timely manner. Within less than three weeks Ms. Jacobson has successfully resolved my case. Nikki and her office staff were wonderful to work with. After hearing horror stories about immigration lawyers from some of our friends who had gone through the process, my wife and I were hesitant to seek legal representation. Ms. Jacobson and her firm are wonderful to work with. I never got the run around and any time I called I received a call back. I will never forget what Ms. Jacobson said to me and my dad at our first consultation. "We will hold your hand and walk you through the process." She was sooooooooo right. Ms. Jacobson and her staff did just that!!!
We were vicitims of notario fraud but were lucky to go to Ms. Jacobson for a free consultation. My mom, dad, brother and I are all U.S. Citizens now and we owe it to her.
