I was charged with petty theft at West Covina court, which most of you know is a tough court. I am a college graduate, and this was my first time being charged with anything. I talked to eight lawyers before I chose Mr. Arzili. I decided to go with him because he was the only one who gave me a straight, no-bs answer.

Initially, I thought I was going to get at least six months of probation. I had hoped that Mr. Arzili would be able to shorten it to three months. Instead, he got me a much better deal. After several negotiations with the DA, Mr. Arzili was able to convince the DA to dismiss my case provided that I do ten days of community service and pay a small fine. Now my record is virtually clean. No conviction, no booking, nothing.

A few months ago I was arrested for a second DUI within ten years (third total) and refusal to submit to a breathalyzer. To make matters worse a warrant had resurfaced from ten years back for driving without a license. I contacted my previous lawyer and he said I would do three to six months in county jail on each of the charges. This lawyer was obviously not willing to fight for me in court but I retained him anyway in a panic feeling like I had no other option.
A week later a family member was researching online for a second opinion and thankfully contacted Alicia at the Law Offices of Anthony Arzili. We met with Mr. Arzili and he assured me that everything would work out and he would do all that he could to keep me out of county jail. Leaving his office that day I felt the first peace of mind since being arrested. Mr. Arzili then drafted a letter to my previous attorney letting him know that he was taking over the case and his services were longer needed.
Anthony appeared in court for me on the driving without a license warrant a successfully managed to drop the misdemeanor to an infraction only having to pay a minimal fine. Over the next months he appeared in court for me numerous times to see if he could work out a deal with the prosecution. This Monday I appeared court and Mr. Arzili was able to get the breathalyzer refusal dropped as well as a charge for high blood alcohol content of .15 or more. He was able to get a plea on my DUI charge from 90 days in county jail to 10 days in any jail and the judge agreed that I could do the 10 days in a Trusty Program where I wouldn’t have to stay in jail overnight.
I will forever be grateful to Mr. Arzili. You will not find more professional and better people in their field than Anthony and Alicia. They were always honest and excellent in keeping me informed throughout the different stages of my case. I got arrested for dui while on vacation in California. Never in my lifetime did I feel that one day I could be facing serious charges the kind of thing that could ruin my life forever.. So many emotions were running through me. Some may call it luck I feel god made a path for me and on this path i found Mr.Arzili and Alicia. Anthony truly did a great job for me. He is the best DUI attorney that you could possibly have. He always kept me informed and let me know what to expect at every step of the DUI process. He has an excellent relationship with the DMV personal and with the Judges and prosecuting attorneys in L.A. county. If you get a DUI in California without a doubt you are going to lose your driving privileges for at least 30 days. However I was going to be out of the country for 2 weeks so Anthony arranged for the DMV to have that 30 days start when I left for my trip. That left only 15 days with out a license. Also he arranged for me to get my Restricted license on the very next day after the 30 day period was up. Getting a DUI is a terrible experience however if you get one you need Anthony representing you. He keeps you informed, treats you with respect, lets you know what is going to happen and gets you the best deal possible.

i got my 2nd DUI (BAC .18) in less than 12 months and thought for sure I would be facing jail time. The DA wanted to give me 60 days but Anthony worked them down to 96 hours in County, which actually only turned out to be getting booked & released (I was in and out of there in less than 5 minutes). Anthony was very helpful and responsive throughout the process. I emailed him several questions about my case, sentence, and driver's license and he always got back to me promptly.

Let’s see…I’ll start off by saying, that I’m a normal God-fearing, taxpaying citizen of the United States. However, my world was suddenly flipped upside down after I was charged with two false criminal charges. Entering a completely new world, I did the best homework I could, including “interviewing” 4 criminal defense attorneys in person, and many more over the phone. I also did extensive online and referral research to weed out prospects. Money was not an issue because my primary concern was hiring the most competent attorney possible; however, through my research, I found that Mr. Arzili’s rates fall toward the middle of the spectrum.

During the “interview” process, I was most impressed by Mr. Arzili’s refusal to make any grandiose claims simply based on the limited information I gave him. Every attorney I spoke to made “promises” on how likely the situation will play out in court. For all you people who are new to the criminal court system, as the defendant, you know NOTHING based on simply a police report and your arrest. In addition, the defendant cannot tell his or her side of the story until AFTER the DA’s side provides ALL evidence and witness testimony.

Based on Mr. Arzili’s track record and my gut instinct, I hired him and he stepped me through the entire process, from the pre-lim to pre-trial proceedings, and finally to trial. Mr. Arzili is extremely knowledgeable in criminal law and provided a fantastic performance during the trial (he had great rapport with the jury). As a result, both my criminal charges were dismissed. I had two cases to deal with. One was a 2nd DUI charge in LA and another was a violation of my probation case in Fullerton. I found Mr. Arzili on this website, AVVO, and after reading the reviews and searching him online I decided to meet with him and I was pleased when we met in person. Very nice, down to earth, easy to talk to type of guy. Does not feel like you are talking to a lawyer (who usually are not the kindest people). He also did not sugarcoat or promise me anything and told me the straight truth about my case and the outcome.

What I liked most about Mr. Arzili was his professionalism and reliability. If I ever had any questions, a small or big question, and I had a lot of questions cause I like to understand fully what is going on. I would email him and he would get back to me within 1hr-3hrs. Alicia his secretary was also very nice too and got back to me quickly with answers to questions as well. He also worked with me on my my payments and helped me find a bailsbondman, Marco, who was also very nice. And Steve in orange county helped me with my Fullerton probation case, and I got probation for that case no jail time.

Faced with a DUI charge I couldn't afford not to have a lawyer. After researching, Anthony looked like a great choice and he did not disappoint.

Throughout the entire DUI process, Anthony and Alicia worked great togethor to keep me well informed of the process and were always very quick to answer any questions I had.

Having personally attended the DMV hearing with Mr. Arzili, I know he was extremely well prepared and had a strong plan of action in my defense. The facts of my case were such that it wasn't possible to come out of the DMV hearing on top, but I believe it was a close call based solely on his strong, incisive arguments.

Regrettably, ive been in the system before and know the need to have not only a knowledgable attorney but one who is charismatic and understanding of your plight. In March 2010, I was in this big popular store located in North Montebello Blvd Montebello, picked few perfumes as they were on sale with intension to buy them.
