Phil has a shared passion with the other injury lawyers of Metier Law Firm, LLC in representing people who have been injured by the intentional or negligent acts of others.
Phil has not only been a trial lawyer for the past 15-years, but he is also a retired active-duty Marine having served 22-years as an enlisted Marine, infantry officer, and trial lawyer, retiring from the Marines in 2006, when he received the 2006 Outstanding Armed Services Attorney Award.
Phil focuses his practice on motorcycle accidents and motor vehicle accidents and brings his experience of litigating nearly 100-jury trials to verdict to get justice for his clients. He teaches advanced trial skills around the country several times a year, but only to lawyers who represent people. Phil is a faculty member at the storied Trial Lawyers College and a member of: American Association of Justice, Colorado Bar Association, Colorado Trial Lawyers Association, Wyoming Bar Association and Wyoming Trial Lawyers Association.
While an active-duty Marine, Phil was sent to The George Washington University for an undergraduate degree in Business before commissioning and was later sent to Western New England University for law school before serving as a trial lawyer until retirement.

I endorse this lawyer. I worked with this attorney at the Trial Lawyers College and his trial skills are apparent and experience is vast. Additionally, his specialized knowledge of military law makes him a "must go to" if you have any military law needs.
